Manuel obtained a Law degree from Barcelona University in 2005.
He is a lawyer and a member of Barcelona Bar Association.
He has a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance & Law from Esade Ramón Llull University (2010-2011).
His area of professional expertise in Tornos Abogados includes Business law in general and commercial contracts in particular, Company law, M&A and Real estate law. Before this, he advised national and international companies at the Gómez-Acebo & Pombo Abogados and Fornesa Abogados law firms.
