Salvador holds a degree in Law and Political Science from the Universidad Abat Oliba CEU (2019). He has also completed the double Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession and the Master’s Degree in Economic Criminal Law and Compliance at Pompeu Fabra University – BSM (2019-2021).
He began his professional career in March 2020 in the Public Law Department of RocaJunyent until March 2025, when he joined Tornos Abogados in the General Administrative Law Department. Specifically, he participates in sanctioning proceedings, public domain concessions, challenges of general provisions, as well as in the legal defense of individuals, companies and public administrations, both in administrative proceedings and in any of the Courts and Tribunals of the Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction.
He is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB).
