DEGREE IN LAW

Eduardo Lluzar Altirriba holds a degree in Law and International Relations, with a major in Law and Diplomacy, from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICAI-ICADE) and a diploma in English and French from the Institute of Modern Languages of the same University.
He worked on the development and implementation of ‘Together for Integrity’ (T4I), the compliance programme led by the former Attorney General of the United States of America, Larry Thompson JD, in response to the ‘Dieselgate’ case.
He sat the exam for Local Government Secretary-Intervention (Group A1). He performed the duties reserved for this position under the direct authority of the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Public Function.
In 2024, he joined Tornos Abogados.
Areas of expertise: public sector procurement, administrative law in general, budgetary law.
He currently combines his professional activity at the firm with teaching as an Associate Professor of Administrative Law at the University of Barcelona.
