FANNY PORRAS DELGADO-UREÑA
DIRECTOR
Fanny Porras Delgado-Ureña holds a degree in Law from the University of Castilla-La Mancha and a Master’s degree in Corporate Legal Advice from the Instituto de Empresa (IE). She also holds a postgraduate qualification in Compliance (UPF-BSM) and a postgraduate qualification in Environmental Law (ESADE).
Before joining Tornos Abogados as Head of the Private Law Department, she began her career at Absis Legal (2003), working in the Civil and Commercial Law departments.
Her practice focuses on general commercial legal advice, with a particular emphasis on civil and commercial contracts, company law and advice on corporate transactions, including M&A processes, joint ventures and corporate restructuring. She regularly advises companies and partners on the drafting, negotiation and implementation of business and strategic agreements.
She has experience in advising on and representing clients in civil and commercial proceedings at all stages and levels.
She is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB).
