Lola Bardají is a professor at the Esade Law School (Ramon Llull University) in the area of civil law.
She holds a PhD in Law from the Esade Law School (Ramon Llull University) and has a solid academic background in the areas of family property law and real estate law. Her work combines university teaching, applied legal research and specialised advice on family, inheritance and property matters.
Her research activity has focused on family law, participating in several inter-university research projects in collaboration with the Pontifical University of Comillas, the University of Deusto and the Coimbra Family Law Centre. She is also a visiting professor at the University of Coimbra and Bocconi University in Milan.
She currently focuses her study and professional practice on family group property issues, with a special focus on succession in family businesses and real estate law, with a particular emphasis on civil aspects of urban planning, community regime between buildings and registration issues.
She has been a member of the advisory board of several companies and institutions, including LLYC and the Adevinta business group. She is a member of the Women in a Legal World (WLW) association and The Technolawgist, and has been included among the 100 leading women in the legal sector for 2023 and 2024 by the Todojuristas portal.
