Núria Guirado has a Law degree and a Public Management and Administration form the University of Barcelona, where se has also completed the Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession. She has taken the Bar Exam (2021).
He has also completed the Master’s Degree in Advanced Public Procurement at the University of Barcelona (2021-2023).
She began her professional experience on Civil Procedural Law collaborating in Pazos&Belart and Bufete Escura until 2018, when she joined the Direcció de Serveis Tècnic-Jurídics de la Gerència d’Ecologia Urbana of Barcelona City Council and specializes in administrative law and public procurement.
Finally, in 2020 she joined the Public Procurement Department of Tornos Abogados.
She is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB).
